Jacopo Dettoni, deputy editor of fDi Magazine, takes a look into how investors in the industrial and automotive sectors are leading the change.

• Hungary adds to its skills base: The transformation of the Central European economy has to start from the bottom with a deeper training for talents and workers on the ground. The government introduced vocation training programmes to better connect work demand and offer, while major investors are already taking steps to develop local talent.
