Spread across six million square feet of land, Dubai Textile City (DTC) will cater for the UAE’s growing textile trading industry.

The DTC, operated by Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority, is a joint venture between Texmas (Textile Merchants Group, the apex body of the UAE textile merchants) and Dubai Ports & Customs.

The free zone has been designed to provide self-sufficient units, each with a front office and warehouse – a set-up intended to provide traders with the necessary infrastructure to be close to their inventories.

Incentives available in the emirate’s free zones include 100% import and export tax exemptions, 15-year corporate tax holidays and 0% personal income taxes.
