Asia-Pacific has received the most investment of any global region through April this year according to fDiMarkets.

With a total of 1,479 projects, the region beat out Western Europe which received 1,019. Surprisingly, the rest of Europe region beat out North America with 659 projects compared to 649.

On a month by month basis, Asia-Pacific has maintained its lead each month, with no other region coming close to its total from January to April. While Asia Pacific’s project numbers fell from a high in March of 419 to a low of 339 in April, it was still far higher than Western Europe, which received 190 projects in April.
