Already established in the country, the Japanese/Indonesian joint venture company responsible for motorcycle production and sales is expanding further: investing Rp760bn in a new facility on the same site as another of the company’s existing factories. Due to manufacture 500,000 units per year, the new facility will commence production in the second half of 2011 and should create an estimated 1000 jobs. 

This expansion will bring the total amount of units produced in the country by AHJ up to 4 million.
