Last year the retail sector recorded the highest number of projects with 81, but fell to second place in 2010 with 41 projects. Manufacturing had been the second hottest sector in 2009 with 51 projects, but moved up to the top spot in 2010 with 58 projects.

However on a sector basis there was not a significant amount of change, with most sectors staying in the same place, but receiving slightly fewer projects than the previous year. While the fourth quarter of 2009 was the busiest, 2010 remains nearly 30 projects behind 2009.
