MEA top FDI destination cities by project numbers, H2 2015

The United Arab Emirates’ (UAE’s) second city, Dubai, attracted a total of 115 FDI projects between July 1 and December 31, 2015.

This was far more than second ranked Johannesburg, which managed 25 FDI projects over the same period.

Kenyan capital Nairobi attracted 24 FDI projects over the half year, while the UAE’s Abu Dhabi came fourth on 16 projects. Casablanca took fifth place with 12 projects.
