The US and France are still the two most intriguing foreign investment destinations for Google users worldwide, although they have swapped between first and second place since the previous rankings, published two months ago. Macedonia, which did not feature in the previous top 10, has clearly come into vogue, and the German region of Bavaria remains of high interest – it is the only individual region to feature as a popular search item for Google users carrying out English-language searches for the term ‘Invest In’.

Google users in India are interested, above all, in opportunities in their domestic market but are also investigating Europe, with Denmark, Paris and the Swedish province of Småland getting a large number of clicks in India.
