Al Fara’a Properties, the flagship subsidiary of the Al Fara'a Construction Group, has announced that its signature project, the AED225m ($61.3m), Le’ Grand Château, has sold out. Al Fara’a is on track towards its timely completion and subsequent delivery in the fourth quarter of 2008, making the developer one of the first to deliver a project within Jumeirah Village.

The outstanding performance comes at a time of increasing competition from an unprecedented growth in developments in the region, and according to J.R Gangaramani, chief executive and managing director of Al Fara’a Construction Group, is a result of the company’s solid background, multi-discipline group structure and strong commitment to delivering world-class properties.

Leading the field

“Dubai has developed as the paramount trading platform and tourist destination in the Middle East and with an estimated 2100 construction projects planned or under way across the Gulf – in a market valued to be about $1500bn – setting our developments apart in terms of quality, service, timely delivery and value, which are Al Fara’a Properties key drivers,” says Mr Gangaramani.

The strong interest shown in Le’ Grand Château reflects Al Fara’a Properties’ ability to create new offerings that cater to the exacting requirements of its clients according to Natasha Gangaramani, director, Al Fara’a Properties. She says: “We are intent on offering a total, tailored, quality product and I am convinced that investors will see significant capital appreciation.

Ms Gangaramani adds: “The luxurious, majestic design of Le’ Grand Château is also a fitting tribute to the quality and standard of craftsmanship our customers associate with the Al Fara’a brand. A quality that is unique to Al Fara’a Properties because our multi-discipline affiliates control each and every stage of the development.”

Located at the heart of the Jumeirah Village community and adjacent to a green belt, the much sought-after Le’ Grand Château is inspired by the timeless architectural splendour of the 16th-century Chateaux of the Loire Valley in France. All Le’ Grand Château properties will be finished to the very highest standards – from furniture to lighting – each being conceptualised and manufactured by an elite group of specialists.

The development comprises 15 luxurious, feature-filled four-bedroom G+2 townhouses. It also has a residential apartment block with a total of 185 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroomed apartments that overlook a beautifully landscaped inner courtyard, and features a host of amenities, including 24-hour security and maintenance, broadband internet connectivity, and a professionally managed clubhouse.
