WeWork, the US company providing shared workspaces and office solutions, was the company in Asia-Pacific which had the most projects in the second half of 2017. The firm had 16 projects in the region in H2, narrowly beating Spaces, another workspace provider, which had 14.
Shinhan Vietnam Bank had nine projects in Asia-Pacific in the second half of the year, while financial services company Grand Capital and Japanese developer Mitsui Fudosan Asia both had seven.
