Farmatodo to create 2800 jobs

Farmatodo, a self-service pharmacy chain based in Venezuela, is to invest $100m in Colombia over the next five years, creating 2800 pharmacy jobs. The company, which has had a presence in Colombia since 2008 when it acquired the pharmacy chain FarmaCity, is to open a total of 25 branches in Bogotá during the next three years and 50 in the main cities of Colombia over the next five years.
