It will create 20 research and development positions over three years.

Wyeth’s Newbridge manufacturing facility is one of the largest solid dosage pharmaceutical plants in Europe. Established in 1992, it employs more than 1300 people. Wyeth has recently completed a €300m expansion at the site.

The new centre will be at the forefront of Wyeth’s development pipeline and will assist Newbridge in attracting a significant number of new products coming out of the corporate R&D pipeline.
