Planned projects include a 240- room Holiday Inn, the Moscow Ryazanskiy, to open in December 2009 – the firm plans to operate 2000 Moscow hotel rooms by 2010.

Construction is under way on two hotels in New Delhi, a 200-room InterContinental and a 264-room Holiday Inn, both part of a mixed- use development in an eastern suburb of the Indian capital, scheduled to open in 2011. The firm is also planning an InterContinental 104-room and 54-villa resort in Bali, due to open in late 2009, as well as a 200-property Holiday Inn resort in the island’s Tuban area, due to open later this year.
